All services include JNC Bodies app access and customized workout plans, progress tracking, and pre-recorded workout sessions where necessary. Coaching also includes guidance on meal planning, dietary recommendations, and a database of recipes. Coach Jazz believes in a comprehensive approach to help you achieve your fitness and health goals.
Package is good for 45 minute In-Person semi-private group sessions. All small groups are limited to (2) clients per session. All training services require a monthly $20 membership fee to access facility directly.

Stretch & Recovery
Assisted stretch sessions are utilized to increase mobility, range of motion and overall flexibility. By combining gentle traction with guided stretching and stability exercises, this session will leave you feeling relaxed & ready to move more freely!
Stretching & Flexibility sessions are best when paired with functional strength training 1-2 x a week!
Each STRETCH & FLEX session involves helping a client achieve mobility & flexibility goals that are otherwise difficult to achieve on through self-guided stretching.
We will begin with a brief consultation to discuss any specific areas of tightness, injuries, or goals. Throughout the session, we will work through breathing techniques to help the client relax and get the most benefit from each stretch. Ou focus is on improving flexibility, relieving tension, and enhancing range of motion in a supportive, relaxing environment. We’ll end with a cool-down period where we will discuss follow-up techniques to ensure each client feels rejuvenated and balanced.
